摘要
广州市正佳极地海洋世界是目前为止全球首座室内空中极地海洋馆,展区中有一块长约40米亚克力的单体水族展示缸。广州市正佳海洋世界生物馆有限公司为了申报该亚克力板的吉尼斯世界记录,需要对该亚克力板的各项尺寸进行精密测量。受限于亚克力板巨大的体量和特殊的观测环境,单一传统测量手段无法完成该精密工程测量。为此,本项目制定了专门的观测方案:对于亚克力板厚度,采取激光测距仪进行观测;对于亚克力板的横向长度和纵向弧长,采取三维激光扫描技术与全站仪综合测量的方法进行测量。最终,该亚克力板成功获得了吉尼斯世界纪录证书,同时,本项目为测量专业提升社会影响力做出了一定的贡献。
Guangzhou Grandview Ocean World is so far the first indoor aquarium in the world,the exhibition area has a40 meters long acrylic panel for display.In order to apply for the Guinness World Record of the acrylic panel,Guangzhou Grandview Ocean World Co.,Ltd needs the precise measurement of the acrylic panel.Due to the huge mass of the acrylic panel and the special observation environment,the single traditional surveying method can not complete this precision engineering measurement.We developed a special observation program for the project:Using laser rangefinder to observe the thickness;Union terrestrial 3D laser scanning technology and total station to obtain the transverse length and longitudinal arc length.Finally,the acrylic panel won the Guinness World Record.At the same time,the project has made a contribution to the surveying influence in society.
