摘要
通过设计多功能运输支撑小车、运输架以及运输支撑架结合小型千斤顶拆、装顺利完成大型压克力玻璃的运输工作;采用改进后的手拉葫芦,省去了回链、收链的工序,有效确保压克力玻璃就位于观赏水体垭口处;在玻璃与玻璃之间采用本体浇注聚合拼接法,确保了拼缝间的严密、平整、透明;玻璃与混凝土结构的节点处填充具有良好防水性能的明矾膨胀水泥,并采用专用高强度结构胶进行注封处理,一方面确保了节点的有效防水,另一方面防止了节点在水压冲击下发生变形。
The huge acrylic glass transport work was accomplished successfully by designed transport and support multifunction cart, transport frame and transport support combined with removing and installing mini type jack. The procedure of chain reverse and receive was leave out by use of improved china block, and to insure the acrylic glass arrive the pass position of the view and admire water. Using the noumenal cast polymerized spelling among the glasses to insure the joint sealed, smoothly and transparent. The alum expand cement with perfect waterproof was filled into the joint between the glass and the concrete structure, and the joint was sealed by special high strength structure glue to insure the waterproof in joint effectively on the one hand, and on the other hand, avoid the join deformation under the water pressure.
