摘要
文章以我校焊接专业卓越人才“劳模班”为例,对工匠精神培养途径和方法进行了探讨和实践,通过三年的培养,在人才培养、技能技术竞赛等方面取得了一定的成绩,为其他职业院校卓越人才工匠精神的培养起到了借鉴作用。
This paper takes the"model worker class"of the welding professional talents in our school as an example.It discusses and practices the ways and methods of training the craftsman spirit.Through three years of training,it has achieved certain achievements in personnel training and skill technology competition.The cultivation of the talents of the outstanding talents of other vocational colleges can be used as a reference.
