摘要
在对技术技能型卓越人才界定的基础上,分析了高职院校技术技能型卓越人才培养现状,进而以南通市为例,指出技术技能型卓越人才培养的必要性和紧迫性。提出通过整合校内外优良资源,打通卓越人才培养通道等途径来探索有效的人才培养模式,并依托区域重点产业,以校企合作项目为载体,设置"厚基础、宽口径、模块化"的课程体系,以柔性化的评价与考核方案实现卓越人才培养的有效性和针对性。
With outstanding technology skilled talent s defined,and the status quo of outstanding technology skilled talents training in higher vocational colleges analyzed,the paper pointed out that it is essential and urgent to train outstanding technology skilled talents in the city of Nantong. It proposed that an effective talent cultivation mode can be established through integrating excellent resources on and off campus and building talent training channels. Based on regional key industries and with college-enterprise cooperative projects as carriers,colleges can offer a curricula system featuring solid foundation,wide range and modular curriculum,as well as a flexible assessment and evaluation scheme,so as to realize the effectiveness and pertinence of outstanding talents training.
