摘要
竞争能力和运营效率是衡量航空公司综合能力的两个最重要的方面。分析和比较航空公司运营效率和竞争能力的耦合协调度,是提高航空公司综合能力的重要基础。本文收集了2017年28家世界主要航空公司的横截面数据,然后通过运用DEA和GRA方法评估航空公司的运营效率和竞争能力。基于耦合理论构建了航空公司运营效率-竞争能力的耦合协同度模型,以考察两者的耦合协同度状况。结果表明,亚太地区航空公司运营效率与竞争能力的耦合协调度不高,两者之间的不平衡将限制航空公司的发展。为解决这一问题,本文从提高航空公司运营效率和竞争能力的角度给出了一些相应的政策建议。
Operational efficiency and competitiveness are two important dimensions to measure the comprehensive ability of airlines. The analysis and comparison of the coupling coordination degree of airlines operating efficiency and competitiveness is an important foundation to improve the comprehensive ability of airlines. This paper collects cross-sectional data of 28 world’s main airlines in 2017, and then it uses the DEA and GRA to evaluate the operational efficiency and competitiveness of airlines. The coupling synergy model of operational efficiency and competitiveness is constructed to investigate the coupling coordination degree. The result shows that the coupling coordination degree between operational efficiency and competitiveness of the airlines in Asia Pacific is not high, and the imbalance between them will restrict the development of airlines. To solve this problem, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations from the aspects of improving the operational efficiency and competitiveness of airlines.
