摘要
幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染能导致消化性溃疡、胃炎、胃癌等胃肠性疾病,以及与冠心病、糖尿病、肝胆疾病等胃外疾病具有相关性。研究显示根除Hp可显著降低消化性疾病的发生率。临床常用抗生素联合疗法进行治疗,但随着抗生素耐药性的增加,疗效一直在下降。多项研究均探讨卵黄免疫球蛋白(Immunoglobulin of yolk,IgY)对Hp感染的治疗作用。IgY是以特异性抗原免疫禽类获得的一种免疫球蛋白。研究表明以Hp的特异性致病因子作为免疫原制备的IgY在治疗Hp感染有很好的效果。本文主要叙述了Hp的致病因素及针对Hp各类致病因子制备的IgY治疗感染作用。
Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection leading to gastrointestinal diseases,such as peptic ulcer,gastritis,gastric cancer,is also associated with gastric diseases such as coronary heart disease,diabetes,and hepatobiliary diseases.Recent studies have shown that eradication of Hp can significantly reduce the incidence of digestive diseases.Antibiotic combination therapy for HP-infection employed in the clinical treatment is still not ideal,where the efficacy has been decr easing with the increase in antibiotic resistance.A number of studies have inve stigated the therapeutic effects of Immunoglobulin of yolk(IgY)on Hp infection.IgY is an immunoglobulin obtained by immunizing birds with specific antigens.Studies have proved that IgY prepared with Hp specific pathogenic factor as an immunogen displayspotential effects in the treatment of Hp infection.This article provides a summary of the most recent anti-HP-IgY on the preparation of various pathogenic factors of Hp and its related therapeutic effects.
