摘要
当下旧区更新方式已无法适应其可持续发展的要求,本文试引入产城融合理念指导城市旧区更新。基于旧区与新城发展的差异性,笔者对产城融合内涵进行了广义扩充,认为生境(生活环境与生产环境)修复与文化融合是旧区产城融合的必要前提,"生产、生活、生态、文化"的互融共生是其基本要义,并在此基础上提出旧区产城融合的更新策略,同时引入正仪片区案例进行了实证研究。
At present,the renewal model of old districts has been unable to meet the requirements of sustainable development.This paper attempts to introduce the concept of city-industry integration to guide the renewal of old urban districts.As there exists difference between the old districts and the new town,this paper tries to expand the concept of city-industry integration in a brand sense,considers the environmental restoration(living environment and producing environment)and cultural integration as the requisite premise for city-industry integration of the old urban districts,takes the integration and symbiosis of"industry,life,ecology and culture"as basic essentials and then puts forward the renewal strategy of city-industry integration for old urban districts.This paper also introduces the case of Zhengyi area for empirical research.
