摘要
改革开放以来,在我国城市化进程不断加速的同时,伴随而来的是日趋严重的交通问题。为缓解通行压力,改善交通环境,国务院在2016年出台了《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强城市规划建设管理工作的若干意见》,表明将在我国推行街区制度。达州市西外地区位于该市西部,交通拥堵问题日趋严重。本文将立足于本地实际情况,在"街区制"视域下,分析实施街区制度的困境,并给予相关的建议。
Since the reform and opening up,China’s urbanization process has been accelerating,which has also caused increasingly serious traffic problems.In order to alleviate traffic pressure and improve traffic environment,the State Council promulgated"Several Opinions of the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council on Further Strengthening the Management of Urban Planning and Construction"in 2016,which stated that the block system would be implemented in China.Dazhou West Area is located in the western part of the city and it’s traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious.Based on the local actual situation,this paper will analyze the difficulties of implementing the block system from the perspective of"block system"and put forward relevant suggestions.
