摘要
本文旨在分析社区封闭与开放两种空间组织模式,为城市与社区综合治理提供参考依据。本文设计了包括特征界定和优缺点剖析在内的社区封闭与开放的分析方法,在归纳封闭社区和开放社区的物质特征差异的基础上,分析了封闭社区开放过程中物质特征变化导致的关系特征方面的联动变化,并分别从社区治理和城市治理层面梳理了封闭社区和开放社区的优缺点,对于城市规划、交通管理等职能部门的决策制定具有重要参考意义。
This paper aims to analyze the two development models of gated and un-gated community, and pro-vide targeted suggestions for the comprehensive governance of city and community. Designed an analysis method of the above two types of communities, including feature definition and analysis of advantages and disadvantages, summarized the differences in material characteristics and relationship characteristics be-tween them, and analyzed the correlative changes of relationship characteristics caused by the change of ma-terial characteristics in the process of opening up gated community, and sorted out the advantages and disad-vantages of the two types from the perspective of community governance and urban governance. It is of great reference significance for potential buyers to choose their houses and the decision-making of urban plan-ning, traffic management and other functional departments.
