摘要
目的:探究冠心病诊断过程中采用64排螺旋CT冠脉成像(CTA)检查的临床应用价值。方法:选择2013年10月至2018年12月在我院就诊的100例疑似冠心病患者作为研究的一般对象,对所有患者均给予超声检查和CTA检查,以冠脉造影检查结果为金标准,对比两种检查方式的临床应用效果。结果:本组患者中,经冠脉造影确诊为冠心病患者共82例,通过超声确诊为冠心病患者共59例,诊断符合率为71.95%;通过CTA确诊为冠心病患者共78例,诊断符合率为95.12%,CTA的诊断符合率高于超声诊断符合率,两种检查方法有显性差异,有统计学意义,P<0.05。经CTA检查显示:78例CTA确诊患者中,冠脉轻度狭窄患者共19例,占比24.36%;冠脉中度狭窄患者共40例,占比51.28%;冠脉重度狭窄患者共19例,占比24.36%。结论:在冠心病诊断过程中,采用CTA检查进行诊断,具有较高的诊断价值,能够对冠脉的严重程度进行确定,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography(CTA) in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods:100 patients with suspected coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from October 2013 to December 2018 were selected as the general subjects of the study. Ultrasound and CTA were performed on all patients. The results of coronary angiography were the gold standard. The clinical application effect of the two examination methods.Results:In this group of patients, 82 patients with coronary heart disease were diagnosed by coronary angiography. A total of 59 patients with coronary heart disease were diagnosed by ultrasound. The diagnostic coincidence rate was 71.95%. 78 patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed by CTA were diagnosed. The rate was 95.12%. The diagnostic coincidence rate of CTA was higher than that of ultrasound diagnosis. There were significant differences between the two methods, and there was statistical significance, P<0.05. According to CTA examination, among 78 patients with CTA, 19 patients with mild coronary stenosis, accounting for 24.36%;40 patients with moderate coronary stenosis, accounting for 51.28%;19 patients with severe coronary stenosis, accounting for 24.36%.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, CTA examination for diagnosis has a high diagnostic value and can determine the severity of coronary artery, which is worthy of promotion.
