摘要
“新工科”建设对人才培养提出了更高的要求,研究生作为新工科人才输送的重要力量,需进一步加强研究生教育中实践创新能力的培养。文章对“新工科”背景下研究生实践创新能力培养进行了探索,总结了研究生实践创新能力培养的方法与措施;针对工科研究生专业课程教学,探索建立了一种注重实践创新能力的专业课程教学思路和方法,并在工科研究生专业课程教学中进行了探索与实践。
The development of"emerging engineering"has set higher requirements for personnel training.As an important force of personnel training of new engineering,graduate students need to further strengthen their practical and innovative ability in graduate education.This paper explores the cultivation of the practical and innovative ability of postgraduates In the context of"new engineering",and summarizes the methods and measures for the cultivation of the practical and innovative ability of postgraduates;based on a specialized engineering course,a teaching idea and method,focusing on the practical and innovative ability was put forward,which was tested in the practical teaching.
