摘要
目的为满足广大官兵日益增长的健康服务需求,更好地为伤病员提供健康服务管理保障,设计与实现军队伤病员随访信息系统。方法根据随访精细化需求,对军队伤病员随访现状及需求进行分析调研,建立随访信息系统架构,设计和开发基于J2EE平台的军队伤病员随访信息系统。结果系统能够共享HIS的伤病员诊疗信息,完成随访提醒、登记、统计查询等功能。结论军队伤病员随访系统促进了医患之间的有效沟通,对军队伤病员出院后的健康管理起到了积极的作用。
Objective To fulfill the growing demand for health service of soldiers,to provide follow-up health service management for the injury effectively,and to design and implement the military follow-up information system.Methods According to the detailed requirements of the follow-up,the status and requirements of the follow-up of military patients were analyzed and investigated,the follow-up information system architecture was established,and the military casualty follow-up information system based on J2EE platform was designed and developed.Results The system could share diagnosis and treatment information from HIS,provide follow-up reminder,registration,statistics,analysis and other functions.Conclusion The military casualty follow-up information system promotes the effective communication between doctors and patients,and plays a positive role in the health management of military casualty after discharge.
