摘要
为部队服务是部队医院的根本职能,通过严把五关、改善住院环境、加强环节质控、简化审批程序、科学防治常见病、建立随访制度和开展满意度调查等措施,能够在很大程度上提高为部队服务的质量。
Serving for soldiers is the fundamental function for army hospitals. The measures to improve service quality for soldiers were proposed as insisting five keys strictly, improving hospital environment, reinforcing quality control, simplifying procedure for examination and approval, preventing and curing the common diseases in science, establishing follow - up system and carrying out survey of satisfaction and so on.
