摘要
目的通过某院2009—2014年的实际门急诊量变化趋势,预测2015年的门急诊量,为合理配置门急诊医疗卫生资源提供科学依据。方法利用最小二乘法建立直线回归方程,预测门急诊量。结果预测方程为=33.89+17.36t。结论通过对门急诊量的预测,着力提升门急诊建设质量,为医院管理决策者提供科学依据,优化配置卫生资源,努力构建流程优化、效益明显、高度集成的医疗体系。
Objective To predict the outpatient and emergency amount of a hospital in 2015 through the change of the trend of the actual outpatient and emergency amount from 2009 to 2014 and to provide scientific basis for reasonable allocation of medical and health resources in outpatient and emergency. Methods Using the least square method to establish the linear regression equation to predict the outpatient and emergency amount. Results Prediction equation = 33. 89 ＋ 17. 36 t. Conclusion Predicting the outpatient and emergency amount can help enhance the quality of outpatient and emergency construction,provide scientific basis for decision makers of hospital management,optimize the allocation of health resources and establish a medical system with process optimization,obvious effectiveness and high integration.
