摘要 目的:挖掘沈敏鹤主任医师证治卵巢癌的用药规律。方法:采用临床流行病学原则和方法,纳入1711份沈敏鹤主任治疗卵巢癌患者的医案,收集患者基本信息、中西医诊断和处方药物信息等。中医处方的数据经规范化后,对处方证型及高频药物所属的性味、归经、功效分类等进行描述性分析。结果:处方证型分布以"虚"证为主,用药频数最多者为甘草,其次为茯苓。高频药物药性频数以"温"为多,药物药味频数以甘、苦、辛为主,归经频数以脾经为多,药物的功效分类以补虚药为主。结论:沈敏鹤主任认为卵巢癌以"虚"为根本病机,兼夹"寒""瘀"等病机,临证善用"温""甘"、归脾经等中药进行配伍,常以桂枝茯苓丸为主方加减治疗。 Objective: To discuss the rule of the prescriptions of Chief physician, Shen Minhe in treating ovarian cancer. Methods: The principles of clinical epidemiology were used, 1711 TCM medical records of ovarian cancer treated by Chief physician, Shen Minhe were analyzed, and the basic information, prescription medications and diagnostics information were collected. Ancient cases data were normalized, then all the higher frequency herb’s properties, tastes and meridian entries, classification of efficacy were given a descriptive analysis. Results: The prescription of syndromes distribution is given priority to with "virtual" certificated, the most used drug were licorice, which was followed by poria. In terms of higher frequency herb’s nature, the warm herbs were used most frequently, and the herb with sweet, bitter and pungent in taste were used most frequently. According to accumulated frequency, herbs attribute to the spleen meridian and with tonifying function were at the top position. Conclusion: Professor Shen considers that the basic pathogenesis is "deficiency""cold""blood stasis". Therefore, applying warming, sweet and herbs attribute to the spleen meridian is therapeutic principle in ovarian cancer treatment. Modified Guizhi Fuling Pill (桂枝茯苓丸)is one of the choices for the treatment.
