“全民阅读”推广活动中文化育人功能的实现

摘要 “立身以立学为先,立学以读书为本”,阅读活动是先进文化的主流传播方式。不可否认的是一些功利性倾向限制了国民阅读的兴趣与选择;教育领域的强制性阅读则造成了学生阅读倦怠,广大民众对阅读的“逃离”间接导致了“全民阅读”推广活动进程缓慢,社会性文化育人涵养功能实现缺失。因此,中国的全民阅读推广应淡化功利性读书观念,减弱政府与相关企业团体的“功利心理”,注重阅读的审美愉悦,为“全民阅读”营造出一个热切积极的读书氛围,促进国民文化素养的提高和全方位文化育人功能的实现。 "learning is the first step and learning is the basis of reading",reading is the mainstream of advanced culture.The utilitarian tendency limits national interest and choice in reading.Compulsory reading in the field of education has caused students reading accidie,and people"flee"from reading.This indirectly leads to the slow progress of"nationwide reading",and the insufficient realization of social and cultural education and self-restraint.Therefore,the popularization of national reading in China should weaken the concept of utilitarian reading and weaken the utilitarian psychology of the government and relevant business groups.Pay attention to the aesthetic pleasure of reading,create an enthusiastic and positive reading atmosphere for nationwide reading,and promote the improvement of national cultural literacy and the realization of all-round cultural education function.
