摘要
高等教育的最高价值在于培养全面发展的人。以整体论视野对素质教育进行考察,其知识、能力、素质不是并列的,而是部分与综合效应(全面发展的人)的关系。文化育人作为素质教育的一种模式,其实质是在知识教育中,通过文化价值等因素的介入,以文化的有机整体,实现"文而化之"。在教育内容上,文化育人意味着以文化整体观来认识科学知识与人文知识并贯穿于教育过程,在教育途径的选择上,文化育人注重知识内化,强调通过内化和升华,使之成为教育对象的一种文化自觉。
The topmost value of higher education is to cultivate all-round development of people. Inspecting quality-oriented education under the vision of holism, the knowledge, ability and quality are not parallel, but the relation of them is part and comprehensive. As one pattern of quality-oriented education, the essence of educating people by culture is to implement "educating people by culture and melting it into their mind" by the general culture on the whole which presents in ways of involvement of culture value. As to the content of education, cultural education means studying scientific knowledge and humane knowledge under the cultural macrocosm and it should run through the education process. To the choice of educational methods, culture education emphasizes on the internalization of knowledge, and through internalization and sublimation to form a cultural consciousness of learners.
