摘要
文章以我国印后设备制造业的"隐形冠军"企业天津长荣科技集团股份有限公司为案例研究对象,以企业位势理论为视角深入探讨了制造型高新技术企业向高位势跃迁的基本路径与动因,打开了制造型高新技术企业向高位势跃迁的"黑箱",详细并深入解释了通过组织学习、不连续创新和政策型市场的组合来实现位势跃迁的基本路径。研究发现,长荣公司自"孕育期"发展过程中,在组织学习、不连续创新和政策型市场的共同作用之下,实现了企业高位势跃迁,进而迈入制造业服务化转型的新阶段。研究结论丰富了企业位势跃迁的相关理论体系,对我国其他制造型高新技术企业顺利实现高位势跃迁具有参考价值。
Tianjin Changrong Technology Group Co.,LTD.,the"hidden champion"enterprise in China’s Post-press equipment manufacturing industry,is taken as the case study object. From the perspective of enterprise potential theory,the basic path and motivation of manufacturing high-tech enterprises’ transition to high potential are discussed deeply in the paper. This study opens the"black box"of manufacturing high-tech enterprises’ transition to high potential,and the basic path of realizing potential transition is explained in detail and in depth through the combination of organizational learning,discontinuous innovation and policy-based market.The finding in this study is that the company has achieved a high-potential transition in the development process of "incubation period",and entered a new stage of service transformation of manufacturing industry under the combined effects of organizational learning,discontinuous innovation and policy-based market. The findings of this paper have enriched the relevant theoretical system of enterprise potential transition and provided reference value for other manufacturing high-tech enterprises in China to successfully realize high potential transition.
