摘要
针对在实训时由于学生人数较多导致部分学生无法看到老师讲解的问题,提出了一种针对西门子808D系统数控加工中心机床的改造方案,在机床内外和实训室安装教学摄像头,并通过专业矩阵切换系统将视频同步分布到其他机床的显示终端,有效地解决了学生在工程训练中遇到的各种问题。
In view of the fact that some students could not see the teacher explaining the problem due to the large number of students during the training,a modification plan for the CNC machining center of Siemens 808D system was proposed.The teaching camera is installed inside and outside the machine tool and in the training room,and the video is synchronously distributed to the display terminals of other machine tools through the professional matrix switching system,which effectively solves various problems encountered by students in engineering training.
