摘要
智能手机给日常生活带来了很多的便利。提出一种在智能手机上实现对数控机床操作的设计方案。给每台数控机床贴上一个二维码标签,使用智能手机扫描这个二维码,手机APP程序利用无线通讯协议,访问主控服务器上存储的机床信息,在主控服务器上读取到数控机床上操作的视频信息并转发到智能手机屏幕上。用户可以直接在智能手机屏幕上操作数控机床。手机APP程序将操作结果反馈到实时的数控机床上。该项设计方案新颖实用,适应时代潮流,满足用户需求。
Intelligent mobile phone can bring a lot of convenience in daily life.The author provides one solution to carry out operating numerical machine tool on intelligent mobile phone.Paste one flag of two dimension code on every numerical machine tool.Use intelli gent mobile phone to scan this two dimension code.Intelligent mobile phone APP program will use wireless communication protocol to access the numerical machine tool’s information stored in main controlling server.Read the operation video from main controlling sever and send to the screen of intelligent mobile phone.Customers can operate directly the numerical machine tool on the screen of intelli gent mobile phone.The APP program will feedback these operation results to the real time working numerical machine tool.This solu tion is very novelty and applicable.It can apply for the times tide and satisfy the requirement of users.
