摘要
从医德戏剧的内涵、符号意义和医德戏剧在"基础"课中的运用策略出发,通过创设医疗情境,引导学生进入模拟的医疗情境中,体验和感知医疗情境中的道德本质,有利于培养医学生的同理心、互动与协作能力、道德实践能力。医德戏剧对高等医学院校加强医德教育提供了一定的启发意义,要积极转变医德教育理念,改革医德教育内容和方法,统筹各方面资源,构建医德教育协同机制,提高医德教育实效性。
Starting from the connotation, symbolic significance of medical ethics drama and the application strategies of medical ethics drama in the "basic" course, through the creation of medical situation, students are guided into the simulated medical situation to experience and perceive the moral essence of the medical situation,which is beneficial to cultivate medical students’ ability of empathy, interaction and cooperation and moral practice.Medical ethics drama provides some inspiration for the strengthening of medical ethics education in medical colleges and universities. Therefore, this study proposes that medical colleges and universities should actively change the concept of medical ethics education, reform the content and methods of medical ethics education, coordinate resources in all aspects, construct a coordination mechanism of medical ethics education and improve the effectiveness of medical ethics education.
