摘要
对某发电厂600 MW机组SCR(选择性催化还原)装置进行了优化调整试验研究。经过600 MW负荷时SCR系统优化调整后,A和B反应器出口NOX质量浓度分布的均匀性有了明显提高,其相对标准偏差分别由57.1%和50.7%减少到16.6%和15.1%。但在300 MW负荷工况时,出口NOX质量浓度相对偏差分别为40.6%和40.0%。试验研究发现2种工况下反应器入口烟气流场出现相反的分布趋势是造成脱硝优化调整结果出现偏差的主要原因,优化各燃烧器风/粉配比及反应器入口导流板的式样是解决该非典型脱硝性能偏差现象的有效方法。
This paper studies the optimization and adjustment test for SCR(selective catalytic reduction) device of 600 MW unit in a power plant. After SCR system optimization and adjustment at 600 MW, the distribution uniformity of NOXmass concentration at reaction outlets A and B is improved, and the relative standard deviations respectively decrease from 57.1% and 50.7% to 16.6% and 15.1%. However, this deviations of the mass concentration of NOXare 40.6% and 40.0% respectively at the operating load of 300 MW. The experimental study indicates that the inverse distribution trend of the flow field at the inlet of the reactor in the two test conditions is the main reason for the deviation of the denitration optimization result. The effective method to solve the denitration performance deviation is to optimize the air/coal ratio of the burner and the style of the inlet guide plate of the reactor.
