摘要
飞灰堵塞及对催化剂的物理冲蚀是造成脱硝装置性能恶化的最主要原因。对比2个选择性催化还原(SCR)烟气脱硝工艺设计案例,分析烟气流量、飞灰特性等参数在装置设计中的重要性。指出在对锅炉进行SCR脱硝改造设计时,应事先获得烟气流量、温度、飞灰含量、粒度分布及矿物组成等特性参数,并根据飞灰特性,着重于优化除灰、防堆积及防冲蚀磨损的设计。
Catalyst abrasion and blockage by fly ash is the main reason for performance worsening of the SCR device.Two SCR flue gas denitrification process design cases were compared to investigate the significance of such parameters as flue gas flow,fly ash characteristics during SCR device design.It is pointed out that basic parameters like flue gas flow,temperature,fly ash,ash granular distribution and mineral composition should be obtained at first,and it is important to optimize the design of ash wiping,anti-deposition and anti-abrasion according to the fly ash characteristics.
