大同矿区侏罗系/石炭系双系煤的热重性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 大同矿区侏罗系/石炭系双系特厚煤层相互影响,给矿井煤自燃灾害预测与防控提出了新的问题与挑战。基于热重分析的TG/DTG试验,研究了大同矿区6个煤矿侏罗系/石炭系煤样的自燃氧化特性。通过试验可以得出,煤的自燃氧化燃烧过程可以分为失水失重-增重氧化-缓慢燃烧-剧烈燃烧4个阶段,试验煤样大约在400℃质量变化较小。通过煤自燃氧化反应过程中的转化率α,分别对各阶段对应的活化能E进行解算。通过煤的工业分析、燃烧各阶段活化能的计算等参数的对比,分析石炭系-侏罗系双系特厚煤的自燃特性差别,得出侏罗系相对于石炭系,煤的自燃危险性更高。 The interaction of Jurassic/Carboniferous system extra-thick coal seams in Datong mining area brought new problems and challenges to the prediction and prevention of coal spontaneous combustion disaster.Based on the TG/DTG experiment of thermogravimetric analysis,the spontaneous combustion characteristics of six Jurassic/Carboniferous coal samples from Datong mining area were studied.The experimental results showed that the oxidation combustion process of coal was divided into 4 stages,water and weight loss,weight gain oxidation,slow combustion,severe combustion,and the weight change of coal samples at 400 degrees Celsius was very small.The activation energy E of each stage was obtained by calculating the conversion of coal during spontaneous combustion and oxidation.Through the comparison of parameters such as industrial analysis of coal and activation calculation of combustion stages,the difference of spontaneous combustion characteristics of Carboniferous-Jurassic extra-thick coal seam was analyzed.It was concluded that the risk of spontaneous combustion of Jurassic coal was higher than that of Carboniferous coal.
