摘要
以煤自燃倾向性的氧化动力学测试方法为基础,提出了一种煤自燃倾向性的氧化动力学测试装置设计方案;介绍了该装置的工作原理、气源的选择、标准气体供给设备的设计、煤样反应部分的构建、气体分析仪器的选型以及显示控制面板的设计。实验结果表明,该装置能够实现对煤样反应气体的自动采样、自动分析、在线采集功能,且测试结果重复性好,验证了该装置的稳定性。
The paper proposed a design scheme of oxidation kinetics testing equipment for coal spontaneous combustion tendency on the basis of oxidation kinetics testing method of coal spontaneous combustion tendency,and introduced working principle of the equipment,selection of gas source,design of supply equipment of standard gas,building of coal sample response,type selection of gas analyzing instrument and design of control and displaying board.The experiment showed that the equipment can realize functions of automatic sampling,automatic analysis and on-line collection,and the experimental result is repeatable excellently,which verifies stability of the equipment.
