摘要
利用流态氧化—静态收集气体分析方法,测定3种不同变质程度的煤样在不同温度下的耗氧量,采用综合热分析技术测试3种煤样的耗氧放热量。通过两者结合分析得出煤物理吸附氧气产生的热量是煤自燃的第一动力;提出了用煤低温氧化过程产生的热量指标作为煤自燃倾向性鉴定的金标准,为基于耗氧量的煤自燃倾向性判定提供了理论支撑;煤样耗氧量越大,煤样产热量也越大,耗氧量与产热量之间存在趋势性关系,因此可以用耗氧量来衡量煤的自燃倾向性;初步给出了分类原则和方法,提出了采用70℃、150℃条件下煤样的耗氧量进行煤自燃倾向性高低评判的方法。
Adopting the air dynamically flowing into the coal and oxygen oxidation reactor and statically collecting its output gas for oxygen consumption analysis,the oxygen consumption of 3 coal samples with different metamorphic degree under different temperature was determined,and the quantity of heat production of coal samples was measured using the comprehensive heat analysis.Some results could be concluded by the combination analysis of oxygen consumption and quantity of heat production,firstly,the heat production of coal physically absorbing the oxygen is the first power of coal spontaneous combustion;secondly,taking the quantity of heat production in the process of coal low temperature oxidation as the index of coal spontaneous combustion tendency identification was proposed,which provided the theoretical basis of coal spontaneous combustion tendency identification based on the oxygen consumption;thirdly,the more the oxygen consumes,the more the heat of coal oxidation produces,there is a trend relationship between oxygen consumption and heat production,thus,oxygen consumption can be used to measure the tendency of coal spontaneous combustion.Finally,the preliminary classification principle and method were given,which is based on the oxygen consumption of coal sample under 70℃and 150℃ as the index of coal spontaneous combustion tendency identification.
