黏胶/锦纶混纺纱的工艺设计及成纱性能分析 被引量:3

Process design and yarn performance analysis of viscose/nylon blended yarn

摘要 通过测试分析黏胶和锦纶的物理机械性能,选取0.9、1.2、1.5 D 3种细度的黏胶、锦纶、PBT长丝纺制混纺包芯纱。通过调整纱线捻度和细纱工序的后区牵伸倍数,改善了最终成纱的强伸度、毛羽指数和条干均匀度等性能。结果表明:纤维细度为0.9 D、捻度为750捻/m、后区牵伸倍数为1.3倍时,混纺纱的成纱质量最优。 Through testing and analyzing the mechanical properties of viscose and nylon fibers,0.9 D,1.2 D,1.5 D viscose fibers,nylon fibers and PBT filament are selected as core yarn.By adjusting the yarn twist and the draw ratio of the back zone,the performances of the blended yarn such as the strength,hairiness,yarn evenness and so on are improved.The experimental results show that when the fiber fineness is 0.9 D,the twist is 750 T/m,and the draw ratio in the back zone is 1.3 times,the quality of the viscose/nylon blended yarn is the best.
