摘要
为了提高棉/毛混纺纱的可纺性和适用性,设计了3种不同混纺比的22 tex集聚纱和集聚赛络纱,并对纱线强伸性、毛羽、成纱条干和纱线耐磨性、吸湿性等指标进行了测试分析。结果表明:羊毛纤维比棉纤维粗且吸湿性比棉好,随着丝光羊毛含量的增加,不同纱线内纤维根数和纤维间抱合力不一致,棉/丝光羊毛JC/W(80/20)纱线的强伸性和耐磨性没有JC/W(90/10)纱线好,但是JC/W(80/20)纱线的吸湿性优于JC/W(90/10)纱线;JC/W(80/20)集聚赛络纺纱线的芯吸高度达到98 mm,有利于提高织物的吸湿性。可根据产品的需求选择合适的混纺比,从而开发符合后道需求的产品。
In order to improve the spinnability and applicability of cotton and wool blended yarn,three kinds of 22 tex agglomeration yarn and agglomeration yarn with different blending ratio were designed.Then the indexes of yarn strength and elongation,hairiness,yarn length,wear resistance and hygroscopic property were measured and analyzed.The results show that the fineness of wool fiber is larger than cotton fiber,and its moisture absorption is better.With the increase of mercerized wool content,the fiber number and interfiber adhesion in different yarns are inconsistent.The strength and elongation and abrasion resistance of JC/W(80/20)yarns are worse than that of JC/W(90/10)yarns,but JC/W(80/20)yarns have better moisture adsorption than JC/W(90/10)yarns.The wicking height of JC/W(80/20)compact Siro-spun yarn reaches 98 mm,which is beneficial to improve the moisture absorption of the fabric.The appropriate blended ratio can be selected according to the needs of the product,so as to develop products that meet requirements of the follow-up process.
