生物基聚酰胺/石墨烯黏胶/艾草纤维混纺纱的开发

Development of bio-based polyamide/graphene viscose/mugwort fiber blended yarn

摘要 分析了9.7 tex生物基聚酰胺纤维/石墨烯黏胶纤维/艾草纤维40/30/30混纺纱线的生产工艺要点。纺纱结果表明:在开清棉工序以“多松少打,减少损伤”为原则;在梳棉工序,生物基聚酰胺纤维以降低损伤和顺利转移为重点,石墨烯黏胶纤维和艾草纤维要柔和梳理、减少落棉;并条工序要避免牵伸回弹和提高纤维伸直度;粗纱和细纱工序通过“小定量、重加压、低车速”的工艺稳定牵伸、改善条干。所开发的混纺纱具有优异的物理性能和保健功能,可广泛应用于床品及服饰领域。 The spinning process and technical points of 9.7 tex bio-based polyamide/graphene viscose/mugwort fiber 40/30/30 blended yarn are analyzed.The spinning results indicate that in the opening and cleaning process,the principle of"more looseness and less beating to reduce damage"shall be followed.In the carding process,the bio-based polyamide fiber should focus on reducing fiber damage and achieving smooth transfer,and graphene viscose and mugwort fiber should be carded gently to reduce noil.It is important to avoid draft rebound and improve fiber straightness in the drawing process.In the roving and spinning processes,the process of"small weight,heavy pressure and low speed"is observed to stabilize drafting and improve evenness.The developed blended yarn has excellent physical properties and health care functions,and can be widely used in the field of bedding and clothing.
