摘要
采用硅酸锂为改性试剂,硅灰石粉、氧化铝等为填料制备水性聚氨酯耐高温涂料。检测不同的硅酸锂用量对水性聚氨酯耐高温涂料稳定性、耐高温性等性能的影响。研究结果表明:水性聚氨酯乳液、硅酸锂、硅灰石粉、氧化铝、高岭土的质量比为4∶2∶3∶1∶4时,即当硅酸锂的添加量占涂料含量的15.5%左右时,涂料的各项性能较为优良。
Water-borne polyurethane high-temperature resistant coatings were prepared by using lithium silicate as modifying agent,wollastonite powder,alumina and other fillers.The effects of different amounts of lithium silicate on the stability and high temperature resistance of waterborne polyurethane coatings were tested.The results show that when the mass ratio of waterborne polyurethane emulsion,lithium silicate,wollastonite powder,alumina and kaolin is 4∶2∶3∶1∶4,i.e.when the addition of lithium silicate accounts for about 15.5%of the coating content,the coating has better performances.
