基于BIM技术的装配式电站导电防腐保护模拟试验及应用

摘要 针对装配式变电站接地网防腐材料防腐效果差,提出一种新型导电防腐涂料的制备。试验结果表明,试验制备的涂层为具备导电性质的导体,总接触电阻约为7.96×10^(-4)Ω,体积电阻率为0.65Ω·cm,远小于土壤电阻率100~5000Ω·cm。喷涂有导电防腐涂层的Q235碳钢在土壤模拟液中浸泡,经过1008 h模拟土壤液浸泡,涂层电化学阻抗谱只有较小的变化,涂层阻抗变化随浸泡时间的增加反而更加的稳定,低频阻抗Z0.01始终高于105Ω·cm^(2),涂层电阻始终维持在105Ω·cm^(2)数量级,并未出现较明显的电阻波动。当浸泡时间超过150 h后,特征频率基本稳定在500 Hz左右,腐蚀电流密度低至0.05μA/cm^(2),腐蚀电位提升了约250 mV。在10 mA直流杂散电流和100 V电压强度交流杂散电流腐蚀作用下,涂层均未出现明显的破坏,涂层表面保持着较完整细密的结构,表现出良好的耐腐蚀性能。 In response to the poor anti-corrosion effect of anti-corrosion materials for prefabricated substation grounding grids,a new type of conductive anti-corrosion coating is proposed.The test results indicated that the coating prepared in this experiment is a conductor with conductive properties.The total contact resistance was about 7.96×10^(-4)Ω,with a volume resistivity of 0.65Ω·cm,which was much smaller than the soil resistivity range of 100~5000Ω·cm.Q235 carbon steel coated with conductive anti-corrosion coating was immersed in soil simulation solution for 1008 hours.The electrochemical impedance spectrum of the coating showed only small changes,and the impedance change of the coating became more stable with the increase of immersion time.The low-frequency impedance Z 0.01 was always higher than 105Ω·cm^(2),and the coating resistance remained at the order of 105Ω·cm^(2)without significant resistance fluctuations.After immersion for more than 150 hours,the characteristic frequency was basically stable at around 500 Hz,and the corrosion current density was as low as 0.05μA/cm^(2),the corrosion potential increased by approximately 250 mV.Under the corrosion effect of 10 mA DC stray current and 100 V AC stray current,the coating did not show obvious damage,and the surface of the coating maintained a relatively intact and dense,demonstrating good corrosion resistance.
