摘要
高岭土在适宜的煅烧温度脱羟转化成偏高岭土。偏高岭土在合适的温度及碱液的作用下结晶转化成4A分子筛。利用X射线衍射仪,扫描电子显微镜对合成的4A分子筛进行定性分析。利用静态水吸附来评价其性能,采用单因素实验法,确定最佳合成条件。结果表明:利用高岭土可以合成纯度较高的4A分子筛,合成最佳工艺条件为:煅烧温度850℃;煅烧时间2h;胶化温度60℃;胶化时间3h;晶化温度95℃;晶化时间4h,n(Na2O)/n(SiO2)=1.5;n(H2O)/n(Na2O)=40∶1。
Kaolin loses its hydroxyl and becomes metakaolin in the appropriate calcination temperature.Metakaolin crystallizes into 4A zeolite in the appropriate temperature and under the action of alkali.The synthetic 4A zeolite was qualitatively analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscop(SEM).Static water adsorption was used to evaluate its performance,using the single factor ex-periment method,the optimal conditions were determined.The results show that high purity 4A zeolite can be synthesized from kaolin and the optimal conditions are that calcination temperature is 850℃,calcination time is 2h,gelation temperature is 60℃,gelation time is 3h,crystallization temperature is 95℃,crystallization time is 4h,n(Na2O)/n(SiO2)is 1.5;n(H2O)/n(Na2O is 40∶1.
