摘要
目的探讨合理行为替代护理对前列腺增生症患者术后遵医行为及并发症的影响。方法选择2015年10月—2019年3月本院收治的120例前列腺增生症患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各60例。观察组实施合理行为替代护理,对照组实施常规护理,比较两组患者术后遵医行为及并发症发生情况。结果观察组合理休息、合理饮食、配合操作、情绪调适、遵医用药、预防感染及康复锻炼等遵医行为评分均较对照组高,肺部感染、膀胱痉挛、尿路感染、排尿失禁及肉眼血尿等并发症总发生率较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合理行为替代护理可有效促进前列腺增生症患者疾病转归,降低并发症的发生,提高其术后遵医行为。
Objective To explore the influence of rational behavior replacement nursing on compliance behavior and complications after operation of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods 120 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to March 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases each.The observation group was given rational behavior replacement nursing,while the control group was given routine nursing.Comparisons of compliance behavior and complications were carried out between the two groups.Results Compliance behavior scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in terms of reasonable rest,reasonable diet,cooperative operation,emotional adjustment,medical compliance,prevention of infection and rehabilitation exercise.The total incidence of complications such as pulmonary infection,bladder spasm,urinary tract infection,urinary incontinence and gross hematuria in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Reasonable behavior replacement nursing could effectively promote the prognosis of BPH patients,reduce the incidence of complications and improve their compliance behavior after operation.
