摘要
目的探讨无缝隙护理模式在白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入手术患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年1—6月某部队三甲医院眼科由同一手术医生所做的白内障超声乳化手术患者116例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将患者分为干预组和对照组,每组各58例。对照组实施常规护理干预,干预组在对照组常规护理干预的基础上实施无缝隙护理干预。比较两组患者不同指标的差异,评价其临床应用效果。结果两组患者术后1个月最佳矫正视力比较,差异无统计学意义(t值为0.275;P>0.05);干预组患者手术时间、干预后焦虑及抑郁评分较对照组低,差异均具有统计学意义(t值分别为-2.489,14.84,17.21;P<0.05);干预组患者手术配合度、护理满意度均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(χ^2值分别为10.443,13.709;P<0.05)。结论实施无缝隙护理模式可提高患者手术配合度,缩短患者手术时间,减轻患者焦虑、抑郁程度,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of seamless nursing model in cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular crystals implantation.Methods Using the method of convenient sampling,116 cases of cataract patients treated by the same surgeon in ophthalmology of a certain unit were selected,and the patients were divided into intervention group and control group according to the stochastic numerical table method,each group of 58 cases.The control group carried out routine nursing intervention,and the intervention group implemented seamless nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention in the control group.The difference of different indexes between the two groups was compared,and the clinical application effect was evaluated.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the postoperative best corrected vision in the two groups one month after operation(t=0.275,P>0.05).The operation time,scores of post-intervention anxiety and depression were lower in the intervention group than those in the control group(t=2.489,14.84 and 17.21;P<0.05).The cooperative degree and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the intervention group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=10.443 and 13.709;P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of seamless nursing model could improve the degree of surgical coordination,shorten the operation time,reduce the degree of anxiety and depression,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
