摘要
目的探讨同轴1.8 mm微切口白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入手术对白内障患者的视觉质量、眼表和泪膜的影响。方法回顾性分析我院眼科收治的120例(患眼140例)白内障患者的临床资料,所有患者均行同轴1.8 mm微切口白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入手术治疗。比较患者不同时间点的视力、眼表、泪膜情况及视觉质量。结果术后2、7、14、30 d,患者的UCVA、BCVA水平均高于术前1 d(P<0.05)。术后2、7、14 d,患者的DES评分均高于术前1 d(P<0.05);术后2、7、14、30 d,患者的SIT、CFS评分均高于术前1 d,BUT均低于术前1 d(P<0.05)。术后7、30 d,患者的各项视觉质量评分均高于术前1 d(P<0.05)。结论同轴1.8 mm微切口白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入手术对白内障患者眼表和泪膜影响小,可有效改善白内障患者视力及视觉质量。
Objective To explore the effects of coaxi al 1.8 mm microincision phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation on visual quality, ocular surface and tear film of cataract patients. Methods The clinical data of 120 cataract patients(140 eyes) admitted in ophthalmology department of our hospital from June 2018 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients who underwent coaxial 1.8 mm microincision phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation. Visual acuity, ocular surface, tear film and visual quality of the two groups were compared at different time points. Results At the 2 nd, 7 th, 14 th and 30 th day after operation, the levels of UCVA and BCVA were higher than those at the 1 st day before operation(P<0.05). At the 2 nd, 7 th and 14 th day after operation, the score of DES were higher than those at the 1 st day before operation(P<0.05);at the 2 nd, 7 th, 14 th and 30 th day after operation, the SIT and score of CFS were higher than those at the 1 st day before operation, BUT were lower than those at the 1 st day before operation(P<0.05);on the 7 th and 30 th day after operation, the scores of visual quality were higher than those at the1 st day before operation(P <0.05). Conclusion The coaxial 1.8 mm microincision phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation has fewer effect on the ocular surface and tear film of cataract patients, which can effectively improve the vision and visual quality of cataract patients.
