摘要
目的对门诊中药不合理处方的影响因素进行探讨,并给予相应解决对策。方法按照随机数字法抽取该院中医科于2017年6月—2018年6月期间开出的500张中药处方进行分析,将其中不合格的中药处方筛选出来,并分析不合格因素,根据分析结果研究解决方法。结果500张中药处方中,80张不合格,所占比例为16.00%,经过分析:不合格处方的原因主要包括中医诊断不规范、药物配伍不合理、药物用法不明确、用量不合理、药味偏多、处方格式书写不规范。其中药物使用原因占比(83.75%)显著高于处方书写占比(16.25%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据对门诊中药不合格处方影响因素分析结果可知,中药处方不合格主要原因在于药物使用不规范,在解决对策上,门诊医师和药师应进一步加强专业知识学习,提高合理用药意识,从而提高门诊中药处方质量。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of irrational prescription of traditional Chinese medicine in outpatient clinic,and to provide corresponding solutions.Methods According to the random number method,500 Chinese medicine prescriptions issued by Chinese medicine department in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were analyzed,and the unqualified Chinese medicine prescriptions were screened out,and the unqualified factors were analyzed.According to the analysis results,the solutions were studied.Results Of the 500 Chinese medicine prescriptions,80 were unqualified,accounting for 16.00%.After analysis,the reasons for the unqualified prescriptions mainly include the irregular diagnosis of Chinese medicine,unreasonable drug compatibility,unclear drug usage,unreasonable dosage,and more drug tastes,the prescription format was not standardized.The proportion of drug use(83.75%)was significantly higher than that of prescription writing(16.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the results of analysis on the factors affecting the unqualified prescriptions of outpatients,the main reason for the unqualified prescriptions of Chinese medicines is that the use of drugs is not standardized.In terms of solutions,outpatients and pharmacists should further strengthen the study of professional knowledge and raise the awareness of rational drug use,thus improving the outpatient service and the quality of Chinese medicine prescriptions.
