摘要
目的:降低医院中药不合格处方比例,促进合理用药。方法:通过项目计划、实施、确定、处置等一系列步骤,在医院门诊中药房中开展品管圈活动,对比品管圈活动实施前后中药不合格处方数量,计算变化幅度。结果:中药不合格处方数由品管圈活动前的平均每天48.9张减少到平均每天22.3张,降低幅度为54.4%。结论:参照处方管理办法开展品管圈活动能规范开具中药处方,提高药学服务质量,提升医疗质量。
Objective:To decrease the ratio of unqualified herbal prescriptions in a hospital and promote rational use.Methods:Quality control circle(QOC)activity was launched in outpatient pharmacy of the hospital by a series of the steps including plan,doing,check,action and others,the numbers of unqualified herbal prescriptions were compared before and after QOC activity was implemented,and the rangeability was calculated.Results:The number of unqualified herbal prescriptions 48.9 pieces each day before QOC activity was implemented decreased to 22.3 pieces each day after QOC activity was implemented,and the decrease was 54.4%.Conclusion:By consulting prescription management method,the launch of QOC activity could regulate the herbal prescription,improve the quality of pharmaceutical service and raise medical quality.
