摘要
目的:通过分析43例非小细胞肺癌患者化疗相关性恶心呕吐的治疗过程,探讨和胃扶正三联疗法治疗非小细胞肺癌化疗相关性恶心呕吐的疗效和可行性、安全性,总结治疗经验,改善症状。方法:采集2014年1月-2018年1月间本院收治的非小细胞肺癌患者43例,所有患者均采用吉西他滨和顺铂方案化疗。针对化疗相关性恶心呕吐的治疗,按随机数字表对患者分组,西医组(22例)予西药托烷司琼治疗,中医组(21例)予西药托烷司琼治疗,另实施和胃扶正三联疗法辅助治疗。总结两种方案对非小细胞肺癌患者化疗相关性恶心呕吐的治疗效果、可行性、安全性。结果:中医组化疗相关性恶心呕吐分级、前白蛋白水平、生活质量状况优于西医组(P<0.05)。结论:和胃扶正三联疗法可改善非小细胞肺癌化疗相关性恶心呕吐症状,安全性高,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the efficacy,feasibility and safety of the Hewei Fuzheng tripe therapy(和胃扶正三联疗法)on chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting in patients with non-small cell lung cancer,and summarize treatment experiences and improve symptoms.Methods:Forty-three patients with non-small cell lung cancer from January 2014 to January 2018 were enrolled.All patients were treated with gemcitabine and cisplatin.For the treatment of chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting,the patients were grouped according to the random number table to the Western medicine group(22 cases,treated with Tropisetron)and TCM group(21 cases,treated with Tropisetron and Hewei Fuzheng triple therapy).The efficacy,feasibility and safety of two regimens for chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting in patients with non-small cell lung cancer were summed up.Results:The chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting grade,prealbumin level and quality of life in the TCM group were better than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Hewei Fuzheng triple therapy can improve the symptoms of chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting in non-small cell lung cancer,is highly secure and worth promoting.
