摘要
采用计算机语言编程模拟煤化工含盐废水分盐零排放工艺过程,在不同的工艺设置和工况变动条件下,通过模拟计算达到物料的动态平衡,探明高压RO回收率、母液回流比变化等工况导致工艺中污染物的累积及其变化规律,对工程实践和试验研究可能存在的问题进行预判,为后续开展针对性的试验研究提供基础。
The process of zero discharge of salt from coal chemical wastewater is simulated by computer language programming. Under different process settings and changing conditions, the dynamic balance of materials is achieved by simulation calculation, and the accumulation and variation rule of pollutants in the process caused by high pressure RO recovery rate and the change of mother liquor reflux ratio are proved. The possible existence of pollutants in engineering practice and experimental research is also discussed. Predict the problem, and provide a basis for subsequent targeted experimental research.
