摘要
针对环氧树脂生产过程中的高盐有机废水、顺酐生产产生的高富马酸废水和印染过程中产生的碱减量废水等5个高浓度工业废水体系为处理对象,分别设计与开发出适合于处理以上体系的膜集成新技术:膜蒸馏-蒸发-结晶集成技术、络合萃取-反渗透-结晶膜集成技术、以及絮凝沉淀-微滤-纳滤集成技术,基本实现了相关高浓度工业有机废水的资源化处理与水回用,取得了较好的效果,积极推广这些膜集成新技术,将对我国的废水资源回收与减排起到较大的促进作用。
Three kinds of new integrated membrane systems(membrane distillation-evaporation-crystallization,complex extraction-reverse osmosis-crystallization,flocculating settling-microfiltration-nanofiltration) were designed and developed to treat three high concentration industrial organic wastewater systems(high salt wastewater from the production process of epoxide resin,high fumaric acid concentration wastewater from maleic anhydride,and alkali reduction wastewater from the printing and dyeing process) respectively.The exciting results indicated that the integrated membrane technologies designed were efficient to realize the resourceful treatment and water recycle of high concentration industrial organic wastewater.It's applicable and useful to generalize these kinds of integrated membrane technologies for the resourceful recycle and alkali reduction of wastewater in china.
