基于气体超声流量计应用环境下的输差控制措施探索 被引量:3

摘要 通过对气体超声流量计的工作原理分析,得出了气体超声流量计稳定运行的必要条件。结合南宁输气站所使用气体超声流量计的安装情况及运行过程中产生的输差现状,总结出天然气超声计量系统形成计量输差的相关因素。针对这几大因素分别提出了相应的解决办法并加以实施,使现场计量差值得到了有效改善。本文的研究为气体超声流量计的稳定运行以及计量设备的国产化提供一定的借鉴经验。 Through the analysis of the working principle of gas ultrasonic flowmeter, the necessary conditions for the stable operation of the gas ultrasonic flowmeter were obtained. Based on the installation status of ultrasonic flowmeter and the current situation of transmission error in the operation process of Nanning gas transmission station, the related factors of measurement error in the ultrasonic metering system of natural gas were summarized. In view of these factors, the corresponding solutions were proposed and implemented, so that the field measurement error was effectively decreased. The research in this paper provides some reference experience for the stable operation of gas ultrasonic flowmeter and the localization of measuring equipment.
