涪陵页岩气田天然气计量技术适应性分析 被引量:5

摘要 涪陵页岩气田为国家级页岩气建设示范区。天然气站场主要采用4井式、6井式和8井式等标准化集输工艺;天然气计量采用间歇式轮换计量和单井连续计量流程。连续计量流程可实现气井长期不间断计量,有利于全程跟踪气井生产动态;间歇式轮换计量流程在控制建设投资及用地面积方面较有优势。实践证明,6井式及以下集气站采用连续计量流程,8井式及以上集气站采用间歇式轮换计量流程,既可以保证正常生产,又可以减少设备数量和占地面积,节省建设投资。 Fuling Shale Gas Field is the national-level shale gas construction demonstration area,the natural gas station mainly adopt standardized gathering and transferring techniques such as four-well type,six-well type and eight-well type.Natural gas metering adopts technologies such as intermittent alternate metering and single-well continuous metering.Continuous metering technology can realize uninterrupted long-period metering of gas wells,which is helpful to track the whole production per-formance of gas wells,while intermittent rotation metering takes advantages in controlling construction investment and area.Practice has proved that gas gathering stations of6well-type and types less than6wells adopt continuous metering process flow,and gas gathering stations of8-well type and types more than8wells adopt intermittent alternate metering process flow.By doing so,normal production can be guaranteed,the amount of equipment and occupied area can be reduced,and construction invest-ment can be saved.
