摘要
富氧顶吹炉在有色冶金中得到广泛应用,但喷枪位置至今难以在线测量而影响了喷枪控制与寿命。为了提高喷枪寿命和生产效率,在获得喷枪位置软测量模型基础上,成功实现了基于OPC的Matlab喷枪位置软测量算法与WinCC平台之间的数据交换,在WinCC界面中突出显示了喷枪枪位及其插入深度的预测值,解决了喷枪位置难以在线测量的问题,进而提高了喷枪寿命,传统测量下喷枪头平均使用寿命为79.6h,软测量下的喷枪的平均寿命达到了155.28h。
Rich oxygen top-blown furnace is widely used in nonferrous metallurgy, however, so far the spray lance position has been difficult to be measured online, and it affects the control and life of spray lance. In order to improve the life and production efficiency of spray lance, based on soft prediction model of spray lance's position and fuzzy control algorithm of spray lance end-pressure which gained, the data exchange between soft measurement algorithm of spray lance position in Matlab based on OPC and WinCC platform are achieved successfully. And the lance position and predicted values of spray lance's insertion depth are highlighted on WinCC interface, it solve the problem that the spray lanc position is hard to measure online, and thus the life of the spray lance is improved. The spray lance average life under the traditional measure is 79. 6 h, the average life under soft measured is reached 155.28 h.
