摘要
装配式建筑是在专业工厂内将建筑物主要组成构件高质量、高精度地预制完成,用运输车将其运送至工程现场进行现场装配而成的建筑,是工程建造方式的重大变革,也是建筑工业化发展的主要表现,满足绿色建筑、绿色施工的需求。由于装配式建筑构件类型多样,预制、运输、组装过程比较繁琐,施工参与各方无法及时获取构件信息,相互之间不能数据共享,导致施工进度缓慢,甚至出现较大偏差而返工。BIM和RFID技术的应用,建立了数据实时反馈系统和信息共享平台,实现了项目全寿命周期的信息化管理,对装配式建筑的推广具有积极促进作用。
Prefabricated construction refers to prefabricate the main components with high quality and high precision in a professional factory and transport them to the project site for on-site assembly.It is a major change in the construction mode of the project and a major manifestation of industrialization of construction industry's development,meeting the needs of green buildings and green construction.Due to various types of components in prefabricated building,the process of prefabrication,transportation and assembly is rather complicated.The application of BIM and RFID technology has established a real-time data feedback system and an information sharing platform,which has realized the information management of the project's life-cycle period and has a positive role in promoting the promotion of prefabricated building.
