摘要
随着社会经济的飞速发展,建筑工程的结构越来越复杂,建设要求和使用要求不断提高。当前,建筑工程中存在性能低、能耗高等问题,与国家倡导的绿色环保理念不符,建筑行业面临严峻的挑战。BIM技术的应用,不仅为设计与建设工作带来了便利,而且满足绿色环保的要求。但是在应用BIM技术的过程中,受到多种因素的影响,应用效果并不明显。鉴于此,论文首先阐述了BIM技术与绿色施工的概念,然后分析BIM技术在建筑施工中应用的重要性,最后对BIM技术在绿色施工中的管理及有效应用进行了探讨。
With the rapid development of society and economy,the structure of building engineering is becoming more and more complex,and the construction and use requirements are constantly improving.At present,there are problems of low performance and high energy consumption existing in building engineering,which are inconsistent with the concept of green and environmental protection advocated by the state,and the construction industry is facing severe challenges.The application of BIM technology not only brings convenience to the design and construction work,but also meets the requirements of green and environmental protection.However,in the process of applying BIM technology,affected by many factors,the application effect is not obvious.In view of this,this paper firstly expounds the concepts of BIM technology and green construction,then analyzes the importance of applying BIM technology in building construction,and finally discusses the management and effective application of BIM technology in green construction.
