摘要
基于社会的广泛需求,装配式建筑施工经过了一段快速发展期,其对建筑行业的进步有着一定的启示与促进作用。在这种背景下,为进一步促进该种建筑模式的优化与发展,很多建筑企业开始探索基于BIM的装配式建筑施工管理方法,通过BIM技术的固有优势实现对装配式建筑施工整个阶段的有效管理,从而在保证质量的前提下,推进其稳定施工工作。文章就BIM技术概述、装配式建筑概述、基于BIM的装配式建筑施工管理价值与方法进行了论述与分析。
Based on the extensive demand of the society,the prefabricated building construction has passed a period of rapid development,which has a certain enlightenment and promotion role in the progress of the construction industry.In this environment,in order to further promote the optimization and development of the construction mode,many construction enterprises begin to explore the construction management method of assembled building based on BIM,through the inherent advantages of BIM technology to achieve the effective management of the whole stage of prefabricated building construction,so as to promote its stable construction on the premise of ensuring quality.The article discusses and analyzes the BIM technology overview,the prefabricated building overview,and the prefabricated building construction management value and method based on BIM.
