摘要 针对粗放式秸秆还田技术存在的诸多问题,开展秸秆田间精细化处理装备的研发,通过对所设计秸秆粉碎机的理论计算,对关键部位进行优化设计,研制出一款可以实现秸秆更细碎、灭茬更彻底、埋土更全面、混土更均匀、地表更平整的型号为1GJH-230型的组合式秸秆粉碎灭茬混土还田机。经田间试验测定,该组合式秸秆粉碎灭茬混土还田机可实现碎杆长度62 mm,秸秆根茬混合粉碎率86.9%、灭茬深度86 mm、灭茬深度稳定性97.15%、作业小时生产率1.2 hm^2/h。杜绝秸秆田间焚烧现象,作业后土地平整,有利于种子发芽和生长,是一种可同时服务于秸秆资源化利用和保护性耕作的新型农机装备。 Aiming at the existing problems of extensive straw counters-field technology, research and development of fine processing equipment for straw, through the design straw and stubble crushing and returning machine by theoretical calculation, optimized design of key parts, A type of Combined straw and stubble crushing and returning machine has been developed, which can achieve finer straw crushing, more complete stubble killing, more comprehensive soil burying, more even soil mixing, and smoother surface. According to the field test, the Combined straw and stubble crushing and returning machine can achieve broken rod length of 62 mm, straw stubble mixed pulverization rate of 86.9%, stubble depth of 86 mm, stubble depth stability of 97.15%, and operating hour productivity of 1.2 hm^2/h. It is a new type of agricultural equipment which can be used for straw resource utilization and conservation tillage at the same time.
