秸秆粉碎设备的研究现状与技术分析 被引量:5

摘要 绿色农业是农业农村经济工作的主要目标,减少作物资源浪费是关键一环。秸秆作为优质的可再生资源,可利用形式多、覆盖范围广,应当提高秸秆综合利用率实现产业化发展。秸秆粉碎作为秸秆利用必备的前道工序,粉碎效果直接影响后续工艺的质量。本文主要介绍了我国秸秆粉碎设备的研究和发展的现状,探究现有的粉碎技术,比较和分析了其结构特性、运行参数和基本作业原理。从粉碎手段、粉碎效果等方面探究现有粉碎设备的性能,指出现有设备存在粉碎效果不理想、作业能耗高等问题,并提出粉碎设备应向自动作业、配套作业、实现绿色可持续发展的趋势转变,为优化粉碎设备提供理论依据。 Green agriculture is the main objective of agricultural and rural economic work,and reducing crop resource waste is a key link.Straw as a high-quality renewable resource,can be utilized in various forms and covers a wide range.Therefore,the comprehensive utilization rate of straw should be improved to achieve industrial development.As an necessaryl process before straw utilization,straw crushing effect directly affects the quality of subsequent processes.In this paper,the current research and development status of straw crushing equipment were introduced,the crushing technologies,compares and analyzes their structural characteristics,operating parameters,and basic operating principles.The performance of existing crushing equipment from aspects such as crushing methods and crushing effects were explored and compared,it was pointed out that existing equipment has problems such as unsatisfactory crushing effects and high energy consumption.It was proposed that crushing equipment should shift towards automatic operation,supporting operation,and achieving green and sustainable development,which can provide a theoretical basis for optimizing crushing equipment.
