复合式秸秆混土还田机设计与试验 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前我国存在的秸秆随意堆放、焚烧现象以及秸秆还田机功能单一、灭茬效果和秸秆抛洒均匀度差等问题,设计了一种可以实现秸秆粉碎、灭茬、混土、深埋、镇压等功能,满足一机多用的复合式秸秆混土还田机,主要由限深轮装置、秸秆粉碎装置、秸秆混土装置、传动装置及镇压装置等组成。在临淄试验田和庆云试验田进行了试验,结果表明:秸秆切碎合格率分别为94.2%和96.3%,抛撒不均匀度分别为12.4%和10.1%,灭茬混土深度分别为4.2mm和4.8mm,秸秆切碎长度分别为28mm和26mm,满足秸秆还田技术指标要求。 Aiming at the problems existed recently of straw stacking and burning at will in China,and the function of combined straw and stubble crushing and returning machine is single,the effect of stubble elimination and uniformity of straw throwing were poor,research and development of a combined straw and stubble crushing and returning machine,which can realize the functions of straw crushing,stubble cutting,soil mixing,deep burying and pressing,satisfied a machine serves several purposes,The machine is composed of depth limiting wheel device,straw crushing device,straw mixing device,transmission device and pressing device.According to the field test in Linzi and Qingyun,the results are as follows the qualified rate of straw chopping was 94.2%and 96.3%,the uneven degree of throwing was 12.4%and 10.1%,the depth of stubble mixture was 4.2 mm and 4.8 mm,and the length of straw chopping was 28 mm and 26 mm.That could meet the requirements of straw returning technology,accelerated the decomposition rate of straw,provide convenient conditions for the subsequent sowing.
