摘要
随着社会经济和科学技术的日益发展,大数据技术逐渐发展和成熟起来,同时在社会化进程当中,大数据技术得到了广泛运用,特别是在企业开展人力资源管理工作过程当中,迫切需要加强大数据技术运用,充分挖掘大数据技术价值,提高人力资源管理水平和管理质量。通过利用大数据技术应当对人力资源管理等工作内容进行科学合理的改革。论文主要是关于大数据时代企业人力资源管理变革的研究,以供相关专业人士进行参考和借鉴。
With the development of social economy and science and technology,big data technology has gradually developed and matured,and big data technology has been widely used in the process of socialization,especially in the process of carrying out human resources management in enterprises,it is urgent to strengthen the application of big data technology,fully excavate the value of big data technology,and improve the level and quality of human resources management.Through the use of big data technology,we should carry out scientific and reasonable reform of human resources management and other work contents.This paper is mainly about the research of enterprise human resources management reform in big data era,which can be used for reference by relevant professionals.
